Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to purchases made for GraphMyDB through Lemon Squeezy, including:

• GraphMyDB Pro subscriptions
• One-time credit packs for hosted usage

2. Subscription Refunds

You may cancel a Pro subscription at any time from the Lemon Squeezy billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues until the end of the already-paid billing period unless a refund is separately approved.

Refunds for subscription charges are generally reviewed for cases such as duplicate billing, accidental renewal reported promptly, or a verified technical failure that prevented access to the paid hosted features.

3. Credit-Pack Refunds

Credit packs are digital goods that unlock hosted usage capacity immediately after purchase. Except where required by applicable law, credit-pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been materially used or consumed.

We may still review good-faith refund requests for accidental duplicate purchases, clearly unused credit packs, or technical issues that prevented the purchased credits from being applied correctly.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email contact@graphmydb.online with:

• The email address used for the purchase
• Your Lemon Squeezy order or subscription reference
• A short explanation of the issue

Please contact us as soon as possible after the charge. Prompt requests are easier to review and resolve.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method. Processing times depend on Lemon Squeezy and your payment provider.

6. Chargebacks and Fraud

If you believe a payment was unauthorized, contact us immediately. We will work with Lemon Squeezy to review the transaction. Fraudulent or abusive refund behavior may lead to access restrictions for the related account.
